Is that a chorizo taco? Chorizo is my favorite. I worked with some Hispanics who took me to awesome places and even went to a few cookouts with them and ate some amazing food.

Kinda a combo brat and chorizo, with radish, red cabbage, green onion and shredded brussel sprout. Crumbly cheese.

Went Taco crazy last summer/fall and found the simple ones the Mexicans make are quick and as flavorful as you make them.

Missing is the pico and crema. Was too hungry and forgot. ;-)

Never smoked a butt before. I've done ribs on the kettle and they've always turned out great so I thought why not.

I'd run it.

We had smoked bacon cheese burgers. Had taters and broccoli out of the garden also cooked over coals slowly.

No time for pic, but it was delicious.
 
Can't think of a better way to use the loaf ends. Leftover brisket and homemade sauce.

Cooked 4 dozen Nathans dogs on the grill for B-day celebrations this afternoon, dang hojilums cleaned me out!! Now I have half a dozen little girls passed out in my living room floor from what seems to be either a severe sugar crash or hotdog, cup cake and ice cream overload!!

Chicken with Rub With Love seasoning. Squash, zucchini, asparagus and corn on the cob. No time to take pictures because it was freaking fantastic.

Ranch chicken breast with brown sugar pineapple rings.

Amazing how good chicken breast are when tossed in a bag with a ranch packet and olive oil and tossed around.

First time I did pineapple rings. Touch of olive oil, rub some brown sugar on each side, the grill 3 minutes in each side. Mind blowing.

Still waiting to try grilled peaches.
