I meant to post this earlier today but was crazy busy at work.

If you are a man in the Concord or Harrisburg area, come out to JM Robinson High School on Pitts School Rd at 0530 Friday morning for an F3 workout led by me. I guarantee you will get your 100 pushups for the day in before 0615. F3 is always free.

Day 16 and I’ve fully assimilated. They don’t even know I’ve infiltrated their group! I’m doing push-ups right next to them and it’s like I’ve been here the whole time. It’s beautiful!

Absolutely! Do we need to do pushups and abs to work on the beach bods?!

Could compliment abs with front and side planks to get a good core workout using simple body weight resistance.
