The “what have you done for your health today” thread has a lot of nc4x4’ers staying motivated. So here is a challenge everyone can do. 100 pushups every day during the month of May. You don’t have to do them all at once. You can spread it out all thru the day. I promise you will see a difference at the end of the month. Even if you haven’t worked out in years, jump in and give it a shot. Even if you can’t do all 100 every day, do what you can, post up in this thread, and let your buddies on here encourage you on. So, if you’re in, post up in this thread each day and let us know when you completed your 100 for that day. Encourage each other, and have fun.
