It's officially been pimped. Dimples for the win.

Got the rockers built! They took a while. Building around the stock frame was a biotch. Welded up about 80% of the chassis and started putting on some link mounts.

that is better than porn! simply badass.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to make this thing look more buggy less truck cab with tube around it. At this point the rear axle will be a little far back looking because the front axle is pretty much in the stock location. Matt will be linking the front in the future and pushing it out a few more inches which will make it look much more proportional.
I really wanted to come up with a clean way to tie the sliders into the bottom of the frame for strength and Matt had asked if I could run a tube the length of the framerails to attach a belly pan to so thats what I came up with. Again I think it makes it look a little less truck. I'll hopefully have the rear links in and finished up tomorrow along with the air shocks. Fridays like Saturdays aren't very productive around the shop usually. Lots of walk-ins LOL! I need a secretary.

gotdamright.

I knew you would get that belly pan figured out the way we talked about. I think this thing that we used to call a piece of shit clogging our garage is going to have to need a name change.

dddddamn. Cannot tell you how pumped I am to see this in person.

You do some seriously legit work Chris. I'm incredibly impressed with how things are going and cannot wait to see more.

That rocker support does look stout. Its the buggy with the soul of a beat up old Toyota. I can see the Disney movie now....

Started building the links and realized I was 4" short of having enough .250 wall for the lowers. So I only got one lower made today.
