'81 Project Toy Full width Build up, Finally got it on the Trails....

the trial run went great, only minor problems, PS leak, and a fuel leak, both were cause of loose fittings. It did everything I wanted it to do.
Things to change..
My choice of muffler was BAD, it was way too loud.
The amount of heat in the cab was too much, I need to remove the doors, and get a small fan.
I need hydro assist.
The air shocks are too soft, im going to experiment with the amount of oil, before i change the valving.

That sequence of pics up the ledge on Daniel is great. I see too many 'tires-off-the-ground' pics at that spot. You keep all 4 planted with that new netup.

looks awesome. i'm normally not an exo fan, but that turned out nice.

looks awesome man

Talk about a blast from the past. Glad to see it gettign finished.

I have been dealing with an unloading issue when going down hill, and turning. First change is to look at my 4link, and see what improvements I can make. The uppers needed to be more flat, so the frame side needed to come down, and the axle side needed to go up.

Had to move my suck down winch.

I still need to reroute my exhaust, add a bump stop, and re-install my limiting strap.
