What radius arm?

Dana 44 should be pretty close to 65". In all reality, thats only 2" further out than what you have now. If sticking out is a problem, get some bigger backspaced wheels.

or do you wish you went with coilovers?

I gave my brother my extra set of $1000 coilovers cause $140 coils are so much uh...cheeper
The reason I went with coils is cause I had an exta set in the yard and 2 Dana 44s with cast c-wedges.

No spacers in the rear, I ditched the E-locker 8" for a full width 9" from a 78 ford. I am using buggy springs and 63" chevys for the rear.

The tires stick out alot more than stock. I'll post some pics tomarrow.

As for flex, I guess it needs to have drive shafts for that...

Thanks for all the helpful info and I look forward on seeing the flexing pics.

I was thinking about incorporating these brackets into my Radius arm build. I really don't want a crossmember in case I ave to drop the tranny/t-case. This would avoid the crossmember leaving the tranny/t-case open for fluid change and remaoval, ic necessary. I know you can't just weld these to the uni body that is why I am incorporating the frame stiffners from TNT. Any opinions on these? http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/product.php?productid=699&cat=158&page=1

Here's my example of how I would modify the bracket for the joint.
