Where is the rock garden and is it already open for public use?

Rock Garden and Mud Hole location
The Rock Garden and Mud Hole is located at Uwharrie Stables, just outside the National Forest Entrance and pretty much across the road from the Eldorado Outpost (BP station). It is open to "view" right now and will be open to the public after the festival. If you want to come and take a look, feel free to drive on up and we will direct you into it. Please do not just drive up and let yourself in. We currently still have horses sharing the beauty of the garden.

Alright, I have bought 3 $40 tickets for me an my friends, and a $25 Rv site. (I have a pop up camper)
When we arrive do we still have to pay $5 a head, as I have seen posted, or am I payed up for the weekend of entertainment?
