No joke. I can buy taxed SC diesel for cheaper than "untaxed" NC diesel.

You are supposed to Leo track of mileage and repay the lost tax.

Not sure how it works when they dip your tank.

Why would they even know if you get pulled and dipped? Unless you dye it yourself, it won't be red
 
Not sure if they were dipping tanks as well but the troopers were wearing the trucks out on us 1 btwn 40 and apex this moring. Tahoes everywhere with the scales out.
 
If they pull them they dipping that's part of it. I would also like to say that I'm off the bad stuff/non hwy.
