No, this is unit #001 of the CutlerFab chassis line, aka RCT-(right coast trail), aka shop buggy. #2 is arriving CNC cut and bent in the next couple weeks ready to be put on the fixture.#3 is arriving at the same time and has yet to be adopted...

The one I just posted on FB and IG this week is a JHF/Goatbuilt kit chassis for @tw89yj, Travis Watford here on the board.
