They wont kick you out right away,my wife knows a couple who lived in a house they stopped paying on for three years.They finally worked out a deal w the bank and got to stay.Seems like a no brainer to me.

I was thinking more of duplicating in NC...but seeing as the lady in Massachusetts stole my lottery numbers, won't be happening any time soon.

Yeah, I saw the swap after posting. Still not really worth the price. I doubt it's a duraburb swap, looks good, but I'd wonder about gauges and all functioning well.

Idk how Swannys stays in business, they are stupid high on everything and most has 200k on it. Bros keeping going I guess.

The flatbed megacab they have is sweet though. Not 36k sweet though.
