I picked this truck up this past January and have been slowly collecting parts to build it. The plan is a 99 KC frontier on 406mog 9s on 40s. 14" coilovers in the front with either a 3 or 4 link(I haven't quite decided yet) and I'm going to do a 1 link out back with either 14" or 16" coilovers. I also have a nissan supercharged V6 to go into it and will be running a 5 speed behind it with an atlas 4 speed t-case. I've got an m8000 to go in the back and a m12000 to go in the front.

I've still got a lot of parts to get so this build isn't going to go real fast so I figured I'd start a build up thread before it gets lost in time.

Here is the truck that I bought, motor was knocking.

Inside looked real rough!

Did a little herculining on the body, inside the cab and bed. Welded some sliders on.

Here are the 406 mog axles. They have 6.52 gears and air lockers but I'll be using 9" centers and the mog outers due to a very expensive chipped pinion.

I got the tranny, t-case, and NWF adapter mated up.

Then I put some headers on the SC motor and got it mounted up.

sumthing about you deere guys and your perfect welds! one of the days ill be able to do that......probably not. lol Truck looks good, kevin was tellin me about it.

Should be quite a beast. Beautiful welding also.

Very nice! It's cool to see someone doing something different. And I agree also, the welds are very sexy!

looking forward to seeing how the one link does. I debated putting a one link in the back of the jeep for a while.

Received the cable shifter for the Atlas from NWF yesterday and put them in today. I was really happy to see that they fit, I was worried they weren't going to clear the Nissan t-case and NWF adapter.
