We're back in. Just need to buy a bolt for the rear shocks and couple cans of spray paint. Also probably need a battery for the generator. And fill up on propane.

Who else is still on board? I think it's just @Paul and us. Nothing against Pablo - I like the guy. But if it's just going to be us and him, I'm going to have to pack more liquor.


@trailhugger - add that to the list, pls. Gonna need a half gallon of something nice. Like Dickel.

On a lighter note. Team Redneck is ready to rock. Motorhome and Dmax fueled up, final preps on the wifes rig tomorrow and we are setting sail for Sparta.
You bring Dickel, i'll bring Evarts. Ha!
Since i'm riding shotgun in @PinkyYJ 's LS-1 rig, my stress level is zero. My only job other than crew chief is to drink beer and heckle people.
And i will do my best to not teach Sarah anymore cuss words.

The last Dixie run I went to was at Tellico so it's been a while....do you guys sign up for the guided rides or just take off on your own? We have 4 or 5 rigs and when we tried to sign up for some of the rides it wouldn't let us....like the ride was full...

Never been to GMP before, any suggestions on trails? We are in buggies and 1 ton rigs...

Most just take off in their own group. There will probably be a sign up at the event.

LEft and middle side is where most of the good stuff is. It's not that big of a park, just some very awesome trails.
There are some main trails to connect the dots, just keep looking for trails off of them, and you will get all you want/need, and some cases more than you want. Biggest thing, is some trails are knarly. So don't be skeered to use the winch.

I'm loaded and almost ready to go. Gotta make a pit stop at Metalwerx on the way to pick up some parts. 7.5 hours to go at work. Anybody bringing a generator I can plug into? Buddy was supposed to bring one, but y'all know how that goes.

We're up on the hill behind the dirt track. Go around to the left past the dirt track like you're going to the bottom of trail one, go through the mud puddle, and keep on up to the left to the bath house. Sooner or later, you'll run into a bunch of assholes. That's probably us.
