And so it begins....

I saw a picture of this thing today, looks like snappy has been busy! Looking good, snap. You're doing the old YJ justice.

We got a good bit done tonight! Motor is in and ready for mounts.

Looks great!

Sorry if I missed it but are you solid mounting the drivetrain or using bushings?

Bushings. The body lift is coming off so the drivetrain will be 3 more inches up in the body.

Going 3.5 or 3.4 pulley. Really depends on what the engine builder puts on it....

Went over to jims to help get the old stuff out of the way. We got the motor set in place and the axle close to its new home....

Is there a reason for choosing to do SOA vz SUA in the rear? to match the front height?

I am guessing that a traction bar in the rear will need to come at some point if it stays leaf spring?

Im sure you have thought it through, but if considering a traction bar for the rear, give me a shout as I have an idea that might work...

I think we figured out my belt issues....
I ordered an offset blower pulley that lines it up with the inner pulleys, then grabed a ps pump from a 98 camaro. I know my paint skills lack but does anyone see why this wouldn't work???
I will have to add an idealer pulley but everything is stock gm with the expection of the blower pulley....
