03 Ranger D60 swap w/ sliders

Don't have a cherry picker so did what I could with the hi lift. Like y'all said I'm probably gonna have to use a flat pitman. Only have 1 1/2" clear to the pitman arm and these springs are brand new. Lots of down though.

Almost ready to roll. Swapped in a f350 master cylinder and new brake lines.

Hey man i am doing the exact same swap on my ranger. I am new to the swapping field lol so if you dnt mind sending me a list of what parts u used for just about everything that would be AMAZING. u can send it to my email @ jonboyedge@icloud.com or u can just txt them to me @ 910-381-6936. Any help or guidance at all would be greatly appreciated bud thanks a ton

Nothing too special. I used 6" Skyjacker springs for the rear and Rancho 44044s for the front. Brackets, ubolts/plates, and steering linkage from Barnes and Ruffstuff. Spring sliders are Liquid iron industries, steering shaft is Flaming river stuff on a Toyota box, and hi steer arm is from a vendor on Pirate.

Still trying to fix the winch and somehow the lights got filled up with water. Might just get rid of them and find a cool led bar.

Thanks.

Finally got around to the rear shocks and found where I need to make clearance for the drag link. Been driving it around a good bit but get a bad shake at about 50. I'm hoping its just tires or alignment, everything else is tight.

Found some time to get the bumpstops on. Only have about 1 1/2-2" uptravel with these but they're gonna have to do until I notch the frame for more clearance.

Got a great deal on 5.38s and spartan locker for the front from Dave's offroad supply. Haven't installed them yet.

Headed out to Uwharrie yesterday for a test run. Ran everything but Dickey Bell and Daniel. It did pretty well with just 2wd. Can't wait to get those gears and locker installed.

Finally got around to installing the manual transfer case. Now I can use an explorer front driveshaft. Had to use a through bolt on one of the messed up holes in the tcase. Still trying to figure out the shifter with the body lift.

I want to do it like this so I can keep the cupholders.

Cool to see someone using sliders instead of shackles. I always likes the idea, but not the execution. That is the first set I have seen that wasn't designed for circle-track and only had a small amount of travel. Also the first set I've seen mounted in line with the spring travel instead of parallel to the ground. Very nice.
