Don't force it!! Get a bigger breaker bar/pipe.. anyone that's changed a factory toy 3.4 or Honda 1.7 timing belt knows what I'm talking about. Breaker bar on the left is 40" long. Chain wrench on the right side breaker bar to hold crank still.

It's a jeep, so more than likely the parking brake doesnt work. He is lucky it stopped there.

I was driving right behind him as he pulled up and parked in the spot, right beside the pier. There's a sign in front of that space w a "No Parking" and more verbage I can't remember. He jumped out and quickly walked away towards the beach. I assumed he might own the pier or work there, but he apparently was just sight seeing.

i never had that much issue changing mine, done it twice now, chain wrench is a plus.

Have had a few forklifts give me hell though, snapped the square drive off a snap on ratchet on a Mazda engine trying do the same before.

I seen a guy brace the breaker bar on the inside there, and bumped the starter. Loosened it right up

and this guy was fawesome!!! parked by the tiki bar. I did'nt see anybody cross his border. I offered to buy him and his lady a drink when they left by the bar deck steps, they thanked me but declined, they had to go.

Worked on an addition to my shed today. Doesn't look like much but it kicked my arse. 12x9 shed roof to park the mover etc. Started and finished it solo today.

After the remodel on the house, I've been struggling to find homes for stuff that used to be stored in the garage. Until now it's all been in my shop. I need my space back.

I like my chain wrench. The starter trick does work, but I don't like doing that.. never tried it on the 1.7 Honda's though. Always just gave them a good boot with the crank locked down in the control arm with the special tool.
