Here is the start of a beautiful thing. Putting a d44 and 9inch under the jeep. Thats the start of it. Building long arms and gonna extend the wheelbase. Makin it up as we go.

carport

i use what got. it keeps the rain out. thats all that matters.

since you are extending the wb are you going to link the rear? do you have any idea on what size tires you want to run?

thinkin about runnin 40's. Gonna keep leaves in the rear. But just gonna get some longer ones.

Whatta you mean by that? Could you explain it more.

the center pins are offset .. but i think they are offset to the rear already but i am not sure

Nope, they are offset to the front. Just flip those springs around and move the gas tank for more wheelbase.

Got some more done.

New crossmember.

Oh yea, coming along just fine.

Damn man, gloves and a welding jacket...or at least long welding gloves. I can only imagine how bad that sucked. Otherwise it really looks good.

Just like normal leafs. They're just longer, which means more flex.

Did you have to make a new front hanger or how did you set them up? Meaning where is the pin in relation to the old? Do you have a pic of thexj beside the Chevy with the pin holes lined up? this might be a great upgrade along with the other stuff I am getting ready to do.
