Wok stir fry ideas/recipes needed

The flat bottom will work OK, but turn the exhaust fan on high if indoors and be carefull adding stuff till you get used to cookin this way.And cook smallish batches to keep the heat up, and stir while trying to keep the pan on the burner and not let it cool much. Beef or seafood will cook faster than chicken. It should smoke and pop/sizzle if it's hot enough. The round woks let the high heat go up the sides of the wok better than the flat ones when using gas. W some practice, you'll get it right and enjoy some very good food that's also apparently good for you!!
