What are you having for dinner?

Baby back kind of night. Tried not wrapping them tonight for the first time. They were on point!

Goulash

I don’t really measure anything when I’m cooking so measure with your heart.

Pasta of your choice
I used deer burger but any type of burger will work
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce basil, garlic and oregano
2 12 oz cans diced tomatoes basil, garlic and oregano
2 32oz beef stock
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 onion
Garlic

I added my pasta and beef stock to crockpot to get started.
Once pasta starts to become tender add your tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Prepare burger add in Italian seasoning salt and pepper
Add onions and garlic to cook down
Add burger to the pasta

If you don’t have a crockpot it can be done in a regular pot or Dutch oven.

You know those Panettone cakes that you know somebody is going to give you one for Christmas every year?

I figured out something good to do with one....make french toast. Dang good.

Batter was 2 eggs, about a half up milk (oat), and some cinnamon.

No pics.

I wanna make a joke about that $$$$$ steak and that cheap beer… but that’s what’s in my fridge too lol 😂
LOL, that was the prepping beer. Couldn’t afford the premium one for that!
