Payne! one way you could do it is to find a divorced t-case which would have a yoke on the input just like the outputs. You could then mount it behind the 465 with a small short driveshaft joining them together. This would be fine for you because I know you have quite a bit of wheelbase to work with, but i'm sure there are other ways to do it.
 
The 10 spline input is certainly weaker than the 32(?) spline of the 2wd...

Though it's not WEAK, it's just not as strong.
