tire recommendations. PLEASE HELP

i am trading tomorrow for a '00 f250, 8in lift with some wore out 38x14.50x16 toyo open country mt tires. The truck will be a cruiser, never seeing off road. I will also be towing a 3000lb car with this truck occasionally. Question.
What tire do u recommend in either 38x14.50x16 OR 395/70/16 ??????
Needs to be a good looking m/t sort of tire, but load range D or E. Looking at toyo open country m/t OR pro-comp mud terrain or x-terrain.
Where do you guys get your tires? i dont want to wait a month to get them.
