Shock Tech

I picked up a set of Bilstein 7100's over the weekend for the Willys. These shocks have heim joints on both the top and bottom. Should I keep the heim joints or go with stock rubber bushings? If I keep the heim joints, I will need some kind of spacer to go between the heims and the shock tower/axle mount.

Any suggestions?
