Old Watco floor jack, doesn't lift...looks somewhat old.

Hate to scrap it been sitting in the basement for decades.

My neighbor had 3 super cool old floor jacks and a bumper jack that he gave to me like 10 years ago. I tripped over them for a year or two (or 5 ) before deciding to give them away to the next person who will do the same.
