For the mechanics. Or those with Honda Ody experience, please help!
Daughter driving the van and said "It just cut off".
No code. ( well. egr code , but it's had that for ages )
Crank but no start.
I don't think there is spark going to any coil (coil on sparkplug) but will verify soon.
I have checked fuses and relays.
Fuel pump is coming on, fairly sure it'd getting fuel but will verify again.

Any ideas?

Crank position sensor?
Or is the computer fubar.
Timing belt?

Help.

Sorry mods, thought I was putting this in General Tech .... move please.

How many miles? Maintenance history on belt?

CKP or TB broke. Peek behind the cover and have someone crank it and watch for broken teeth/no movement. If the motor sounds like it has weird compression, it's probably the belt.

I'll look up when I get in if it's interference.

thread expecting this, I still want one.

I did put gas in it just to be sure , LOL! ( my first thought)
I also thought it sounded different when I went to look at it the first time.
What is the CKP?

There are little plugs on the upper timing covers. Open one up and get someone to hit the key. You will be able to see the cam gears spin(or not).

If it sounded different like it's spinning faster or less compression then the belt probably broke or at least jumped time

Honda engines are interference engines. At least yours is and most in general. If the timing belt broke It doesn't mean that it's ruined, but at the very least, the heads must be removed and valves likely replaced. Check the pistons to be sure they aren't chewed up. Everything depends on how fast the engine was spinning when our broke.
