would it be safe to make a gooseneck hitch
i can get plate and angle at work.
my welder is a 220 snap on
ive looked at a few manufacturers, some ive seen look simple and pretty easy to copy.
i would buy one but here recently my $$$$$ is low low.
any pics of others who have made one would be great
