That had to be a joke picture he posted. He seems to know how to properly prep metal, so I don't believe he would just weld on an unprepared piece of rebar like that (ignoring the actual use of rebar). Therefore I think it's not his Jeep. Plus, he doesn't have a lift and his garage floor isn't tiled. And IFS.
