I went out to check all the fluids in my new to me dmax and i went to pull the trans fluid and i noticed the dipstick tube is broken in half. I'm trying to find a replacement now but my tranny has been acting up when hard on the throttle. I've changed the fuel filter and the spin on filter a little while back. Should i just drain the pan and new spin on filter or try and get the tranny flushed since intrusion could have very well happened with an open tube to the tranny?
