Any good way to add a screen porch to this? photoshop needed

The mosquitos are bad this year . I am thinking of screening in the porch the wife said it will look like crap. any thoughts or photo shop pics? She is thinking of adding a roof structure to the decked area and screening that . I have told her that tying in to the roof line would be a huge PITA.

There's no good way to tie in a shed roof next to that gable roof. If you are wanting to add a roof over the portion of porch thats not covered, I would recommend tearing the gable roof down an building a shed roof across the whole porch. You could add a gable feature back into it if you want that look.

Add a screen porch to the back of the house. The front of the house looks nice, and there is no way to add a screen porch to the front without wrecking the clean/simple look.

Having a screened porch on the front, aside form looking odd, will be pretty awkward. It means anybody coming to the house has to go through the screened porch to knock on the door. While that might seem a good way to ward off strangers and salesmen, it's also difficult to see if even it's just a buddy who came by.

eight acres all wooded with pond no spraying here lol, no door on back of house and no view of pond on back of house. also study from 2017 shows citronella has no effects on them,

Double Garage Screen Door

No! I tried that one before I had a door installed on my 14' opening. I was trying to keep the leaves, dirt & dust out. In some ways it worked, for leaves. But it's a lot of trouble to open & close every time I'd drive in or out. Wind would blow it, even though it's weighted at the bottom. Dirt & dust goes right through.

Yes, Some type roof addition, seems the only reasonable way. Might be hard to get it to look decent!
