After my last run in URE I discovered I needed to shave my inner axle balls a little more for the dirty 30s. When I turned hard passenger or hard drive I could hear the crazy metal on metal rubbing, so I broke down the passenger side and got to grinding while my wife broke down and shaved the driver side.

Ok, how has this thread gone on this long without someone commenting about your wife shaving your balls?:lol:

Here is a sneak peak of my rig back at home now. I still have some new parts to install and still need to reroute the air intake, I will post some more detailed photos when I get a chance.:D

alot of people bash on trail gear but ive been running there ring & pinion for almost three years nowin the 5:29 ration and have had no problems so far! I beat the crap out of the truck too! Matter a fact, have my frt diff tore down right now because the center pin in my frt diff broke in half when the frt end went about 4 ft in the air at full throttle hill climb and came down hard. Gears held up...diff expoded! Was a lock-rite by the way and Detroit will be going back in.

Some stuff trail gear sells is good and some ain't, kinda like Walmart. So far there gears are the only things I've heard good things about.

Yea a lot of people don't like Trail Gear for some reason. My whole truck is held together with

parts like Hydro Assist, Dirty 30 Birfields and shafts, Six Shooter knuckles, battery box and a bunch of other random stuff. Knock on wood, I have never had any issues with any of their products.
