Couple of problems need help figuring out ,before I loose my mind.

When driving and switching gears it pulls hard to left no matter if it high rpm's or low
I thought it was motor mounts replace both mounts and tranny mount still doing it.
From gear box down is new by P.O .

2nd heard a scrapping sound from rear hitting brakes or speed does not change sound , pull apart what I found . I was thinking bearing but before i pull it want second set of eyes on it

Looks like the axle may have walked in a bit causing the drum contact brake plate? Outer axle bearing pretty loose?

does it have in & out play? Maybe the bearing walked towards the flange thus allowing the drum to get to close. Can you tell if the bearing has been replaced? May be pressed on to far.

Is the back plate for the brakes bent at all?

arent 9" axle tubes pressed in? has the tube come unseated?

Does it have a locker or spool? If so id pull the shaft. If it broke itll pull when accelerating or decel. I broke a 9" shaft at the Dragstrip in my Fairlane once. It was a crazy drive home! If it broke a shaft its possible the axle has cocked over since its not supported in the carrier now. That could explain the rubbing too.

Edit finally got video to play i see its turning. Id still pull the shaft to inspect the bearing.

Crazy guess but maybe somebody left the retainer ring or spacer off?? I vaguely remember working on mine years ago. I was going to suggest bent flange or improper install. I remember the bearing housing is a pressed and welded affair, this is why they are fairly easy to cut down.
