7.3stroke charging issues

okay background is its a 94 f350 dually 250k or so...had some charging issues couple weeks ago and still struggling with them.....the key was left on and completly killed the batt's, went to start it and nothing happened sooo, tried charging them and one was fried....replaced that one(yes i know your sposed to do it in pairs) and had the other one tested. got those back in the truck and after several days it wouldnt start, then replaced the alternator. still not charging like it should...its at the bottom of N on normal, and if you turn on the air/heat etc it drops drastically....also if you leave it sitting it wont start back up after several hours....WTF is goin on with this truck¿?!!

went and had it tested....bad diode.....i put the damn thing on the 11th of this month grrrr....time to get under the hood

You may look into your grounds as well. Or you may have a possible parasitic draw on the system.

praying its not a draw....really dont want to have to track that down.....it it hypothetically was how would it just randomly appear tho??

well....new alt, new batteries....still having charging issues....tomorrow im going to get rid of the fusible link off the alt wire due to the wire on the solenoid side looking like a pig at a barbque....im also thinking it could possibly be the plug on the alternator itself...its real loose in the connection....and the stealership wants 80 bucks for JUST THE PLUG!?! any ideas
