Random Thoughts.....

Either you are not married or your SO is chill!! Mine would freak.....

Married for a year in September. 6 months of living expenses in your 'F**k you fund' so you don't have to change your lifestyle really helps the SO relax.

Why are people so mortified by the thought of someone drinking the juice from a can of Vienna sausages?
I'm over here looking on line trying to figure out if I can buy a gallon of it at a time to drink in the mornings with my donuts.

There is no such thing as a "routine procedure" when it involves your kids.
No matter how old or how big they are.

I prefer the jelly like stuff on the underside of the lid or sometimes on top. Delicious.
Me too! When you're out camping or wheeling and find a can of Vienna that's been rolling around under the seat or in a tent bag when it's 40 degrees outside.... :smokin:

I'm honestly mortified by the thought of someone eating Vienna sausages. ;)
I'm mortified by the thought of mechanically seperated chicken and beef byproducts, but only when I finish off the third can.

I'm just saying... If you want to eat sausages or hot dogs, at least eat something quality... :D
Something quality would be far from it when you find it in your tackle bag a year later but mediocre doesn't really have that far to fall. What about hot amour potted meat, it's like a gear oil consistency, leaks through my crackers.

Why is everything secured with a 10mm

And...where the hell IS my 10mm socket?

After 20-odd years of owning some type of Japanese cars, I have a whole handful of 10mm sockets for that same reason. I used to buy a few at a time just to have on hand, or to have one on a electric impact while another was on a ratchet, etc., and another to roll under the car and get lost, and another to sit on the fender rail and not actually notice when I'm looking for it. They're about $3 for Kobalt at Lowes, but I get mine from McMaster for $5 and they're usually always Proto (USA-made). Kobalt is the last resort for tools, but at least the sockets are decent for the cheap price and no different than Craftsman.

I'm a calmer person because I know I'll never be without a 10mm socket. :D

Now where's my coffee cup........?

I've had dirtbikes all my life and streetbikes since I was 18. I think I have about 3 dozen 10mm wrenches (somewhere)

I never understood the 10mm thing until I bought something newer than 96 about 5 years ago. Since then, I get it. I those 5 years, I must have bought a total of 50 10mm tools. As of this weekend, I found one socket and one combo wrench. I got to a point of just snagging one any time I did anything with the vehicles. Changing the oil, might as well grab a 10mm at the store. Doing brake pads, mights as well get one 10mm for each corner. Adding 134a, an extra 10mm won't hurt.

I've got it. I found this in a customers car today, wedged down by the lower radiator hose on a pt cruiser. I also have another one, a 10mm wrench I found, and an 11mm socket too.

Damn thats my Chraftsman? That and a 7/16 is the only thing i ever really lost in 20 or so years. Firetruck universally like 7/16, 1/2, and 9/16 and 25 torx. Now I had an endless supply of those torx.....like a small magazine full. The snap on man quit changing mine out for awhile.

I was in Philadelphia this past weekend and found the mythical Yankee mullet. I could not get my phone up to take a picture, completely froze in shock. I am so ashamed to have seen what can only be matched by a Squach sighting. Seriously I'm not lying and I'm only 4 beers in.

WTF happened to green cars?
I realized driving back to MD from NC yesterday there are almost none on the road. Mostly a sea of black grey/silver, white, with your occasional dark blue or dark red/maroon. Then the rare red or yellow sporty car, or lighter blue small hatch etc.

I think I counted 5 total. Not a single one in our parking lot today that isn't a > 10+ years old model.

We had a hunter green Saturn and I loved the color. I'd buy another in that color in a heartbeat.
