Prepping the map for extra room for when the new trail (what used to be part of the big branch trail) is added. In the process so far I have went overboard adding other "stuff" but oh well. Its not complete, but its looking good so far (to me at least).

Is the wide green trail/road that is north of the art lilly memorial more like trail or road? Can pull/park my tow rig and trailer to that parking lot, or would I be better to park at the trail head to wolf den? On the map it is wide like the road, but green like the trail.

This is a good question, in reality it is both a road and a trail. The wider green part is a section of Forest Service Road 516 that has been adapted as part of the Trail system (technically Falls Dam) so ATV's and Dirtbikes can use the 2 entrances onto Wolfs Den from there. So its a road that is apart of the trail system to act as a connector. There is a sign out there marking where the trail portion of the road ends/starts. So you could as you posted park at Art Lilley or the parking lot down there and unload. You don't have to go to the Wolfs Den trail head.

Thanks for both the response and the map!

The end of 2011/early 2012 map is up. It may go under slight revisions but that is how it looks. I re-did the entire map essentially, using the latest information including the Saw-Mill re-route. I also tried to make it as easy to read as possible while keep as much information on there as possible. Added Trail Head names and updated the names of the Obstacles. Most obstacles don't have specific names, I just try to listen/read people's accounts of trail rides and see what everyone is referring to them as. Post up any comments/ideas, I have till April to make any tweaks/adjustments that I see or are brought to my attention.

If you see this and you're going to be out there can you text me at 704.287.8318?
