Re-doing my Bed Camper and making a toyhauler

Ken it's looking awesome for sure. I love it.

An idea that crossed my mind that you could do, or anyone for that matter.

Make some stake pockets and to put a shelter over the rear area. Would make a great place to sit in shade or pull Jeep up on in the rain if you needed to work on it.

hehe.. that is all in the plans :)

the goal right now is to get it registered :) then I will be adding a bunch of stuff to it..

I have some cool ideas.. That I will show later once I get to them..but yes the plan is for the wood deck to have a tent/awning, etc over it..

any reason you went with one jack instead of two? My trailer has one and I don't like how wobbly it feels.

I am cheap :)

no really I had a budget and 2 jacks was not in it.. plus I plan to add 2 small stabilizing jacks to each front corner that I have in shop.

Well today was a great day.

Went to DMV officer and he said: Man you did a great job

passed with no issues, so went and got a tag for it.. I am now legal and now this weekend I can load camper and get back to work on that :)

Sweet setup,Ive been following this for awhile now.I like it.

I put the cushions back in place to make sure they all fit and that the table still fit with new bed area

then I made the door to cover the new bed opening, also covered it with plastic to protect outside when it gets wet.. still lots more to do

Man that thing has come a long way and looks great! Props to you sir.

well I got the prop bar installed that will hold the pop up door up when camping.. I used the other pop up extension bar that goes inside the canvas usually(hey it was free since I had it)

then we got slide out finished and secured, attched outside edge of canvas to slide and made the support bars for slide out..

put the futon mattress in and needed to test it to make sure it could handle the weight of my 2 year old so My 70 year old dad hoped in(and almost fell asleep)

yup it works :)

tomorrow night I will be working on getting velcro finished for sides of canvas
and water sealing the big door

here is my dad
