Lets See a Pic of Your tow rig and trailer.

@justjeepin86 I was like damn, that trailer looks familiar....:shaking: sometimes I forget stuff.

Also, this is why I sold it...it's a damn good trailer though! What you can't see is the ramps are in the back of the truck and the bush hog is 3 feet over the back of the trailer!

Ha! You know, I have never had access to anything but a 16'. It's odd that I would ever need anything else. If I move this one, it will only be 5 miles or so. Not a big deal.

Finally picked up my trailer, then went to WV and picked up some stuff to sell. I overloaded the excursion a little for this trip, figure I was grossing 23-26k through the mountains, it sucked...

Kraftsman makes a nice trailer, their customer service sucks though. Originally told me '6-8 weeks, but probably 4 weeks'. It took 9 weeks for them to have it ready, I have founda couple bare spots, that didn't fill the hubs with oil, front left brake doesn't work at all it seems.

Pulls great, I love the ramps.

Aren't those the OEM Superduty wheels that we're prone to breaking when overloaded?

The other tow rig (which will hopefully soon help to retire the Excursion to part time tow pig) getting pulled up my driveway by Oshkosh. The F350 had the trailer hooked to it with stuff on it, I was by myself so I left the 350 in 1st low and pulled it up with the MK48.

Beats me, are they?
I remember reading something about it when I was looking at older Superdutys. I think it was one of the 5 spoke designs, but I'm not 100% sure which design.

If I'm not mistaken it was 99-04 alum 5 spoke dually wheels they were having issues with.

Back when I had my Dodge 3500 dually a good buddy of mine asked me if I could help him pick up some block for a patio and retaining wall he was building. I asked him how much weight and he said 2 pallets. Well they loaded the first 2 pallets on my 14k gooseneck and 3500 lbs was listed on each tag. My truck weighed approx 8500 to so, trailer was estimated as "3500 or so". Then came another pallet and then came a fourth. We strapped it down and I asked him how much cash he had on him and he asked why. I told him my plates were for 17k and he was on the hook for any fines and all expenses we incurred if I got pulled. Luckily we made it to his house without incident.

On another note, what are your plans for all of that? Few years ago we turned part of a drainage ditch in our backyard into a dry riverbed that functions quite nice in heavy rains. Now the wife wants to finish the other half.

One drainage ditch, and another a creek
