What was inside those poppers? Chipotle cream cheese? Needed an after shot, but I suspect with that crew they were gone before you could reach for a camera!

Build looks great!

Cream cheese, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, seasoning, pepper. Almost 2 hrs on smoker. They were good. My wife ate 4 and usually only eats one.

Are you going to have to notch the frame for the track bar?

Rear axle truss welds.

Great day on the build! Ken and John had much of the burn in welding completed. The suspension is 90-95% complete. If all goes well, we should have the build rolling again tomorrow.

Very good day today. We got the axles back in. All links back in. Steering in. We are very very close to getting it on some tires. And making it a roller.

John welding.

We did have to cut the frame just a little to clear the steering. After we did a little fab and some welding we put the tires on and took the jeep off the jack stands. To test all clearance again. Only area left to clearance is rear floor for upper links. But we only need about 1/5" to 3/4" for total clearance.

Yes to 40's

I don't know where the tape came from. But it will go away.

Sunday was another very successful day on the build. With the frame notched, the frame side trac-bar mount modified, and some minor clearance grinding, we were able to install the tires and do some homework. We quickly discovered that more rear wheel fender trimming was necessary. Actually, this took several attempts to get the clearance we needed without taking more than the GenRight 4" flares will cover.
