Random pic thread.

The craftsmanship is why it's still standing. None of the shitty homes built today could ever think of making it 100 years (to include the one I live in). Back then nobody subcontracted out to the lowest bidder who then hired a bunch of idiots to do the job.
Still standing but not w/o some issues.I didn't notice it while I was standing under it but the beam on the left had termite damage at the bottom and had let the overhead beam fall.

I think I found the problem.
Kill the bastard, next it will be standing on top of it. Goats are good for cleaning up shit holes of briars and weeds for free. But that's about it for me. Unless bacon and burgers and every other critter runs out.

Got the sliders and comp corners on the jeep today, and the hood louvers. Should have the 5.3 mounted in a bit so I can start with the front suspension mounts.

Difference between old construction and new construction is it took it 100+ years to get that bad off vs. it looks like that from the beginning. I've been seeing some really messed up crap lately that I'm wondering how it ever passed inspection.

Needs a man to fix that rear wiper.

Judging from the rest no sane man would approach any aspect of that creature.

View attachment 242346 I needed something to distract me from working on my Toyota and tow rig. This'll do.
I got pieces of a couple of those around the house. When somebody pushes some daisies and it's not me first they will be up for grabs. Damn stuff has held down enough dirt for long enough. Along with a Simplicity or two.

Right now between my friends simplicity and my Allis Chalmers, Wehave a belly rake, mower, a jerry rigged scrape blade. Looking for more implements and hopefully a rear hydraulic lift. Might mount a pressure washer pump to the front PTO. @WARRIORWELDING let me know if you decide to get rid of anything.

It's a pleasure to work along side of men who put the same amount of passion and pride into a job as yourself. 5 ton, 2 zone, 1 dump. 2 day rough-in.
