Spawned from the former CFO of Mile Marker winches, Engo is a new up-and–coming winch manufacturer with an emphasis on quality, value, and customer service. Engo has a full line of recovery winches available from 3,000 to 12,000 pounds, we are considering selling these winches on our website.


I am posting here to see how the market is reacting to these very affordable winches. We have been offered a great price on these winches and would like to pass along the savings.

How long is the warranty? What is not covered by warranty? Where does it have to be shipped to for warranry repair? After the warranty can I buy parts for it?
 
The below is from the sales director at Engo


1. Limited Lifetime on mechanical. 1-Year on electrical.

2. The winch can either be sent back to us in Washington at the expense of the customer or depending on what is wrong we may just replace parts without inspection. (This just depends on whats wrong etc.)

3. We have parts in stock and can ship within 1 or 2 days at any given time.

4. We keep all parts for the winches in stock. If I don’t have parts and a customer needs something I will disassemble one to get the parts if needed.

5. The winch includes everything except the mount(winch, fairlead, hand control, mounting hardware). The winch mounts on a standard 10” x 4.5” mounting pattern which is what most mounts are set up for.
 
That E10000 looks a lot like my no name brand one my dad got off eBay.

If they are the same, they are fantastic winches. :beer:
 
I've had a rep for a company called xdyna contacting me for over 6 months, she claims they are the same as engo.

True?
 
Funny that thew Warn got the #1 spot even after it broke. I would rock one of these for sure.
