so it sounds like....
your jeep is still sitting....
your storage bill is still growing...
you don't have the ability to (or you choose not to) pay to get it back....
i was in this same situation once and almost as pissed off as you seem to be (although i have to admit i was only 19 and handled it in a much more professional manner) and after 30 days or so i recall getting a notice in the mail about a mechanics lein which was shortly thereafter followed by another notice saying that I no longer owned my car.
you should probably spend more time thinking about how to pay for YOUR fuck up and less time trying to blame YOUR fuck up on someone else.
