I bought a controler to install in my e-250 van. the van is a 2001 that was once a carolina lift van, the red ones you see everywhere. my question is this, is the van wired for the brakes from the factory for towing?
What plug does it have for the trailer could be a sign? Get a wiring diagram and check to see if the wires are in place. I do not know what wires it is on a ford but hopefully someone can shed some light. Good luck
should be a harness at the drivers kick panel below the e-brake. It may be taped to the harness going toward the rear of the van. Like everyone else said ck with trailer supply places or the stealership
