I have Goodyear Wrangler mt/r's 33x12.5r15lt tires on my 97 Sahara. The max psi written on the tire is 35psi.

What should the tire pressure be when I am on road?
How much air should I take out when I off road?

Thanks

To see how much on road air you need chalk across the tread from inside to outside and drive a block. If the chalk is missing the middle and still there near the edges you have too much air. This is the case for most people. If it's missing on the edges and still there in the middle then too little air. Off road depends on your rims. If you have 15x10's then 15lbs if you have 15x8's then 10lbs. If you don't have a same size spare then add 5lbs to both those numbers.

I run 12 psi on the front and 10 in the rear on and off road, but my rims are 10" and they should be 12". That holds them on better and requires lower air on the road. Also 38x15x16 boggers are a hole other world compared to 33's.
