Looks great!

Glad it worked out for you. I'm gonna miss it.

Walmart take & bake on the pellet grill. That wood fired taste is great. Not Smokey.
Added some pulled pork, queso cheese, stubs hickory bourbon and meat church honey hog seasoning.

Boss man told us to go home early today so some guys from work came over and we reverse seared some steaks.
2 strips and a ribeye.
Smoked till 90-100deg internal temp then seared at 750+ for a minute per side.

Yesterday I threw a chuck roast on my smoker. Let it rest over night after cooking to 165* and got up at 6:30 to throw it in the crock pot with some taters and carrots, cream of mushroom and brown gravy packet.
My theory is I get the smokey flavor, with the crock pot juicy tenderness. So far it is tasting and smelling fantastic.

Killer smoke ring. Pulled it out of the crock pot to cut and it basically fell apart. Gonna be fantastic. The smokey flavor with the steak seasoning I had on it is amazing. Def gonna make this on my next cold weather wheeling trip!

Damn y'all are making me hungry! Can't wait for some break in this weather to get back to some meat on the smoker. Those sprouts looks good too!

Can't tell from the pic but did some filet's Sous vide then seared on Kamdo Joe. Added shallots, sweet potatoe and salad. Both my wife and son said it was the best I've ever cooked. Nice not having to use a steak knife. Plus a cold one from the Kegerator. Good way to end the day.

Wife volunteered me to cook lunch for her work party. So pulled pork, wicked beans, and slaw. Was in a rush and didn't get a total pic.

Since it was a little cooler today, thought chili would be good. To change it up a bit, I smoked some short ribs first. Mixed up the chili and the it on the smoker for a few hours. Finished with some corn bread.
