I finally got my attorney fees and divorce debts paid off, saved some money up, and bought the car I've been eyeballing for 6 years. Well, not one specific car, but the specific model. Allow me to introduce my new woman, Betty Marie Watson.

2014 335i, 6 speed manual, 33k miles at time of purchase

I've already ordered new grilles, a larger intercooler and chargepipe, high flow catted downpipe, and tune.

:driver:

Window tinting was done by The Tint Shop Monday. Its fucked. Getting replaced by Russo's Tint Shop next Friday.

After the go fast parts suspension, brakes, and wheels are on the list. Other vehicles I've owned I've started with appearance and never made it to performance, gonna do this one the other way around.

I'ma have to find me a black girlfriend before I can rock that song.

Tuned 335d (diesel) was the most fun car ive ever been in. Only downside was no 3rd pedal available. Upside was ridiculously good fuel mileage from the diesel.

You don't know how bad I wanted to buy your car back then, but the time wasn't right. I saw this one with the low miles and manual and immediately knew it was the car for me. I've literally been shopping these things for 6+ years.

I didn't like the chrome emblem on the back but I didn't want to remove it either. I can't be black on black on black if it's silver, afterall. So I plastidipped it.

Even though I've ordered new grilles I went ahead and plasti-dipped the grilles and whiskers too since the emblem went so well. I'd never used plastidip before. Glad that the chrome is gone.

Bob Russo is the man! He's done all of my vehicles. Ask him about putting clear wrap on the nose and behind the tires to protect from rock chips.

I spoke with Russo yesterday. He said he got a customer because you were going nuts on the first shop! Guy pulled in, heard you and left straight for Bob:)

Lol. It wasn't exactly like that, but that guy came up right as I was cleaning my car from the mess they left on it. I was pretty unhappy and let it be known, and the lady (the wife of the owner) was completely dismissive of my concerns. That guy saw all of that and left.

Sunday was Dyno day. A 100 degree dynoday, but a dyno day none the less.

376 whp, 440 ft/lbs. Not too shabby for a 3500 pound 6 cylinder. I'm already getting a quote for a high flow fuel pump and a larger turbo. Gonna try to hit 500hp on pump gas.

And here I've always been too poor to even afford "scheduled maint" on any BMW I've owned. I hate to THINK what it would cost to maintain a high HP one :(
