He's been a tackle machine and his body has paid the price, I am glad he's made the decision to stop playing while he still has his health and can enjoy life

Haven't really watched any football for over 2 years but will still always be a Panthers fan.

I know I've said it before but I wish the panthers would stay the eff out of rock hill. Other than that, dont give two shits.

He was a beast of a player. Smart, fast, and he ran the defense. Too many concussions cut his career short at 28. We sucked this year, and it looks like there’s no end in sight. We’re the new Cleveland Browns.

I was just hearing some things that he might have gotten a red light from some medical staff. 100% think it’s head/CTE related.

What pissed me off the most about watching the news of his retirement was my daughter saying, "Wow. He's retiring at 28. You should have retired 20 years ago then, dad. You're old!"

I absolutely hate to know I will never see him play again. He is by far my favorite nfl player.

But I dont blame him at all for his decision, I would do the same thing.

He reminded me alot of Zach Thomas. Ex Dolphins linebacker.

    And Boston College sucks.
