nitrogen in tires

guess what was brought up on Trucks! today. He talked about why its so worth it to run nitrogen in your tires.

Would someon please explain to me what kinda Hella vacuum you use to remove all the "normal" air in a tire and replace it with N.
To get all the air out you are going to need to shrink my 39's down to the 15" rim... I think that will do more damage than any dirty air....

All I can say is if anyone states they're gonna take the time, effort, and expense to run n2 in their tires, I don't wanna hear anything from them about using pipe over tube because it's cheaper...
