The facts are.....
33' Holiday Rambler motorhome. One chassis battery, two coach batteries.
Separated and on Perko disconnects.
Coach batteries will not run the 12v in the lights in the rv nor anything else.
When i fire the Onan genset, life is good.
What am i missing?

Fuse or circuit breaker???

Coach batteries are shot (test them separately)
Bad cables/connections to the batteries
Bad disconnect switch
Fuse or circuit breaker between the house batteries and the rest of the system.
etc

When you start the generator, it sends 120V to the converter in the fuse panel. The converter makes 12VDC, which powers all of the 12V devices in the camper. It effectively removes the batteries from the equation.

Does the coach battery start the genset or does the chassis battery start the gen? My coach battery starts my gen. even if my chassis battery is dead!
Coach batteries fire the genset. M/H has an overide switch to fire it up on the chassis battery.
All batteries load test @12.4 volts or higher.
Where is @John Fuller when i need an expert?

I'll come fix it. Trade you for an 8-ball.

Got some meth also....
And my sister for sexual favors if needed.
