Just finished this turn key buggy this weekend for a customer in Raleigh. Thought I would post up a build thread with some pictures.

It came to us as a bare F-Toy chassis, with a built 468 BBC, TH400, Atlas, Tons and 44" Boggers. It was immediately apparent this chassis wasn't going to support the weight or the power of powertrain! Customer also wanted it changed to a 4 seater! So after extensive chassis modifications, we ended up with a nice size, 4 seat buggy with about 24" ground clearance at 120" wheel base!

The tubing lines on and around the engine bay flow very well. Overall its a no-nonsense bruiser! Looks great!

Scott worked his ass off on this build, same as he has on all the ones before it.
It just keeps on getting better!

I don't find time to sit down and post many builds. So I renamed this thread to post recent projects when I get time!

Most recent, Finished this buggy last week. Was brought to us as a bare chassis. Builder is unknown. (Maybe someone called Barnyard fab?) Did some front and rear mods to the chassis to accommodate the narrow axles and extreme flex offered by the 16" and 18" Fox's!

Specs;

LT1 Chevy. Auto with a clocked 205. Customer supplied Dodge tons. 44 TSLs. Fox Coilovers, PSC full hydro. 19 gal RCI fuel cell. Rear mounted radiator. Corbeau seating. All covered in Jolly Rancher Candy Blue powdercoat. Outer skins are Lexan.

We finished everything but the wiring and the plumbing. Should be on the trail this fall!
IF I FIND THE REST OF THE PICS I'LL POST EM! :rolleyes:

pictures dont do this justice, this thing is awesome and should be seem in person! Scott, it is deff great work!

Is this carbureted or injected? It didn't seem to have any fuel problems going straight up.

I want to see what you can do with a yj steering box. FYI, I just bought a new house and am running short on expendable cash!!

Recent project...
Low, soft and flexible. Straight axle swap on an Isuzu Rodeo for 32" tires.
3 link front and 4 link rear. Sits on coil springs, front and rear. Geared 4.10.

Quite a challenge to get a straight axle to tuck up into Rodeo and keep it this low. Even on coil springs!!

This is a Street Rig that does get off roaded!
