Them billions of big bugs falling into lakes,ponds,rivers make top water fishing the best it can be. Any popper,buzzbait or other surface lure will catch a lot of fish when the cicadas are flying and falling. Or you can stick a hook in them and cast them to the fish!

News twist. Chances are pretty high that the mussels were zebra mussels an invasive species that has taken over a lot of lakes up north

Whitmer is a twat. The mussels are destructive and killing off native species my eliminating the initial phases of the fresh water food chain. People are so fucking stupid though they try to protect the mussels because they filter the water and make it look clearer

Not sure what species they are, but we've see jellyfish every year at Myrtle Beach for the last several years. I hardly go in the ocean anymore.
