Lake Houser Adventure Park

im retty sure we are heading out around 10 from mt holly to check it out...I figured most would be off work

Last I heard. They do [or did] have a web site, or probably FB, too. It's more suited to 4 wheeler's but some do full size. I'd venture to say, everything but the River, is Dry!

id be interested in going down there and poking around, just to see what its about.

we;ve got a newborn in the house. gotta get him settled in before i can take off for wheeling adventures. take some pictures and post em here.

lemme know how the fullsize does out there or if i should take the jeep when i go.

Took the k5 today but didn't get any pictures. Only ATVs today so no one to join up with. I've taken my full size thru the trails and even down the atv trails but I dont care at all about body damage... I like taking my stock blazer everywhere everyone is taking their flexy jeeps and more. Here's some pics from last time with a few people. This was probably 2 months ago or so

Looks like fun even if it's not "hardcore".

Went early this year. Place has a ton of potential for full size rigs, but it is mostly geared to ATVs. With a group of folks willing to make clear some stuff, there could be awesome hill climbs and obstacles. Don't know if they would allow it or not.

So bringing back a dead thread since it was linked..... Anyone been recently?

We went last summer and I hauled out a good 30+ beer cans just from the sandy run creek bank. Relocated a bag of baby diapers. It’s a fools paradise and a magnet for beer cooler hauling helmetless stupids.

this is one of the trails that I saw and it's way different now, the one on the right with the boulder in the middle of it, would be a good challenge for us buggies and such.

this was a pretty cool trail we did last weekend, it def will stretch out your suspension even more now, makes great photo shots. right after that trail is where we were down in the woods and that's where we saw so much potential

Heading out in the morning, if anyone wants to join. Looking like by myself but oh well. Gotta use trailer when it's available.

Sorry didn't get much videos or pics but y'all need to go...TONS of potential. Bring your buggy, chainsaws and full throttles and lots of places to tear up the woods with existing trails then make new ones. If I can make through the whole park with 119" wheelbase, anything shorter you gots it.
Lots of off camber stuff everywhere.
As for my rig, wheeled amazing. Wheelbase little long for out there but it worked. Flex good for 3" lift and overall kick butt performance for $1600 rig!!
My worst fear happened...lost steering so with full hydro, that sucked...we blessed it happened towards the end of the day almost back at camp.

Trying to get few videos up but too big
