Inner Knuckles

just find a junk housing and cut them off. why not just swap a whole hp44 from a ford in? you get the hubs you want, a high pinion, and eliminate the CAD also. just cut off your brackets and weld them on the ford axle.

well i have a jig setup for the C's, from doin it on a Scout d44. i just figured that swappin in a whole axle and transferin the perches would be a whole lotta work? having to line it all up and all? and couldnt you get rid of the CAD by getting a new long-side shaft?

another option although expensive

if ya want a D44 or D60, they are cheap new from Dana but are ball joint, or if you want the Kingpin D60 unit, you have to go aftermarket, which means $$$$$$$$$

Usually you can get them from most axle builder shops. They are fairly reasonable, about $190/pair for the D60. But, they are ball joint style, not kingpin.
