Just throwing this out there that there is a company called Appcar that sells a downloadable software for the JK that allows you too correct your tire sizes, gear ratios, adjust TPMS, read codes, delete codes and well as a lot of other items such as turn on day time running lights, high beam and fogs on, tip start, light voltages, turn on back up camera, ect , ect. read about it on a Jeep forum and figured for the price I would try it out. It works great and only cost $49 plus a $13 cable from Amazon to connect from jeep to computer. Figured there may be other folks out there interested in this. Says they have them for Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram.

Can it disable the in-motion NAV lock?

I am not sure on that. I had already installed a back up camera system on mine, which did unlock it, before I ran across this. I will look around in the program when I get a chance to see if it is there.
